2015 resolutions

 

Ahh… did you roll out those resolutions yesterday?  Did they closely resemble the ones you rolled out a year ago?  Mine, too.

 

Maybe this gal has the right idea.  One resolution/goal, once a month.  She says it’s easier to concentrate on them one at a time, and after a while, they develop into habits.

    Sounds like a good plan. The only resolution I made was to get more exercise, as in consistently going to the gym or walking on my street. So far, so good. I am formulating some goals though.
